Tips You May Find Helpful:

  • The most important thing: Be sure to RSVP and show up on time!
  •
  • •Avoid flowers or keep them all white. Usually the hostess has vases already full and your selection may not match the decor.
  •
  • •A bottle of wine could be a green choice. Buy local. Be sure to wrap it and adhere a small card letting the hostess know who it's from.
  •
  • •Unscented soaps, fine chocolates, or beautiful note cards can work as well.
  •
  • •Make it personal. Give your host their favorite brand of tea or smoked salmon.
  •
  • •Geppetto Preference:Give a specialty bottle of olive oil.
  •
  • •Bonus Tip: After you have attended the party, always send a hand written thank you note. Use plain Crane's stationary and spend time picking the stamps.
