Summer 2012

Greetings!

Josh Carin, Geppetto Catering, Inc.I hope you are enjoying your summer and have had a chance to get away for some R & R. Besides providing our clients with wild and crazy mouth watering summer festivities, we have begun to implement a ton of in-house activities to make our service to you the best in the area.

For example, we now have a fabulous central database by Caterease to store specific details so that our Geppetto Catering team will fulfill your requests with greater efficiency along with our well known personal attention to detail.

Additionally, we have added a program that allows our clients to get a visual of the room before each celebration and ensure that all of our team members are following the same road map for each event.

New members have joined our Geppetto Catering team to assist you with all of your event needs:

  • Step back from the keyboard and write a few notes randomly to thank people with notes of kindness. Compliment as often as you can. In our etiquette section I have included some information that I am sure you will find helpful.
  •
  • The bounty of local produce provides inspiration for each of Geppetto's meals of the day. I have included a recipe for one of my favorite salads. If my team or I can be of any help to you, pick up the phone and give us a call.
  • Or better yet, write me a note!
